IPO:आईपीओ क्या {IPO kya hai}?
जब किसी कंपनी द्वारा अपने शेयर को पहली बार जनता के लिए जारी करता है तो उसे आईपीओ कहते है ipo का मतलब , इनीशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग है ।यह आईपीओ उन लिमिटेड कंपनियों के द्वारा जारी किया जाता है जो व शेयर बाजार में सूचीबद्ध होना चाहती हो ।क्योकि अगर कंपनी शेयर बाज़र में सूचीबुद्ध नहीं होगी तो उस कंपनी के शेयर का मोल भाव नहीं होगामतलब उस कंपनी के शेयरो को बेचा या खरीदा नहीं जा सकेगा इसलिए शेयर बाजार में सूचीबद्ध होने के बाद कंपनी के शेयरों को खरीदा व् बेचा जा सकगा शेयर बाजार में और वो कंपनी भी स्टॉक मार्किट में ट्रेडिंग करने लगेगी ।

This IPO is issued by limited companies that want to be listed on the stock market. Because Of the company is not listed in the stock market, then the shares of that company will not be valued, so the shares of that company cannot be sold or bought, so after the listing on the stock market, the shares of the company can be bought and sold in the stock market And that company will also start trading in the stock market.
IPO की फुल फॉर्म – इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग{ Initial public offering }
आइये हम इसका सही मतलब समझते है –
* Initial– इसका मतलब शुरुआत है
* Public– इसका मतलब जनता से है ,आम जनता से जैसे आप, में या
* Offering-इसका मतलब है कुछ देना से है मतलब की कंपनी के द्व्रारा निकाले गए आईपीओ को लेक जनता को दिये जाने वाला ऑफर से है

IPO लाने का कारण –
जब किसी कंपनी को अपने व्यापर को बढ़ाने के अधिक पूंजी की या धन आवश्यकता होती है तो वह कंपनी आईपीओ जारी करती है।और ये कंपनीया आईपीओ को उस वक्त भी जारी कर सकती है जब उनके पास धन की कमी हो और वह बाजार से कर्ज लेने के बजाय आईपीओ से पैसा जुटाना ज्यादा बेहतर समझती है। यह किसी भी कंपनी की विस्तार योजना होती है। शेयर बाजार में सूचीबद्ध होने के बाद कंपनी अपने शेयरों को अन्य योजनाओं में लगा सकती है।

IPO में निवेशक की तरफ से लगाई गई पूंजी सीधे कंपनी के पास जाती है। हालांकि विनिवेश के मामले में आईपीओ से जो भी पूंजी या धन प्राप्त होता है वह धन सीधे सरकार के पास जाता है। यदि एक बार कंपनी के शेयरों को ट्रेडिंग करने की इजाजत मिल जाती तो फिर उन्हे खरीदा व् बेचा जा सकता हऔर हां एक बात का जरूर याद रखें की शेयर को खरीदने और बेचने से होने वाले लाभ और हानि की जिम्मेदारी निवेशक की होती है

किसी भी कंपनी के आईपीओ में निवेश करने से पहले उस कंपनी के बारे में जान ले की कंपनी की मार्किट रेपुटेशन कैसी है वह कंपनी किस चीज का उत्पादन करती और कंपनी के बारे और भी जानकारी प्राप्त करने के बाद जब आप आईपीओ खरीदने के लिए किसी कंपनी का चयन करते हैं तो सबसे पहले आपको अपना बेस्ट ब्रोकर चुनना चाहिए। और कोशिश करें कि ब्रोकर के साथ मिलकर ही कंपनी का चयन करें। जो कंपनीं आप चुन रहे हैं उससे तीन-चार अन्य कंपनियों की भी तुलना करें। कुछ दिन तक उन सभी कंपनियों की प्रगति को देखने के बाद ही निवेश करें। कंपनी के आईपीओ की कीमत भी देखें, बाजार में लोगो से कंपनी के बारे में जाने और दूसरे निवेशकों से कंपनी के आईपीओ को लेकर जानकारी लेते रहें वैसे तो आईपीओ एक जोखिम भरा निवेश माना गया है, क्योंकि IPO में निवेश करना सभी निवेस्को के बस की बात नहीं क्योकि इसमें कंपनी के शेयरों की प्रगति के संबंध में कोई आंकड़े या जानकारी लोगों के पास नहीं होती है, अगर आपको शेयर बाजार में भविष्य बनाना है तो आपको आईपीओ की जानकारी होनी ही चाहिए
